Monitor data: URLs, server addresses, and configuration you add to monitor.
Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited — collected automatically.
Chat widget: If you use the chat widget on our landing page, we collect your name, email, and chat messages to provide support.
Payment data: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the monitoring service.
To send you alert notifications you have configured.
To send service-related emails (account verification, password reset, subscription notices).
To respond to support requests.
To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

Service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, hosting).
When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Alert Integrations

If you connect Telegram or Microsoft Teams for alerts, your configured webhook URLs or chat IDs are stored securely (encrypted). We use them only to deliver the alerts you configure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Monitor logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sensitive credentials (e.g. Teams webhooks) are encrypted using AES-256. We use HTTPS for all connections.
